This is a extended version of a lecture I recently delivered at an international conference in Perth, Western Australia, for the Musical Theatre Educators Alliance. It was an absolutely terrific conference with many excellent teachers and speakers. What was one of the most exciting aspects of this conference, however, was the many students from WAPPA, VCA, Federal and others institutions.
